There was an additional verse in place of the 'red ain't white' one. It went:
'The wise lady knew to rescue the wizard
Who knew to get the baddy
It didn't change a thing.'
The substituted verse 'red ain't white' is a reference to Alice in Wonderland and there was also another one to go with it:
'The clock is out,
It's out of time
Keep chasing it and I'll chase you the
finest butter ain't the cure.'
These were written as we were performing quite a few Alice in Wonderland themed gigs for the 150th anniversary year of Alice in Wonderland in 2015. I tend to switch the verses in and out depending on the gig we are performing and where my mind is at.
